If you get denied, it would change your decision, which is better to find out now than after you've promised the house to a buyer! |

Invite your real estate professional to view the home and determine a good market price for it. We will also evaluate the home for any improvements or touch ups that might be needed and recommend staging tips to help highlight the best features. |

The agent will also show you a Seller's Net. This gives you an estimated total that you would receive after the completed sale. You'll review and sign a listing agreement, and other disclosures needed for the sale. A sign and lockbox will be placed, and advertising will commence! |

Buyers will hopefully parade through the house often until someone decides this is it! Your agent will present and discuss the offers until you all reach agreement. Then comes inspections, title work, loan commitment, and so forth. |
